All of our books are made to order based on the information you provide.

By placing an order, you agree that:

All names, spelling, and details entered are correct
Any images uploaded are owned by you or used with permission
You have consent to share any personal information or photos provided

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Please review all details carefully before completing your order.

3. Order Changes After Submission

Once your personalisation form has been submitted, your order may begin processing quickly.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@ourfirstday.com.au.

We will always do our best to make changes before production begins, however:

Changes are not guaranteed
No changes can be made once your order has entered production or printing

4. Order Cancellation

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or sent to print
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@ourfirstday.com.au, and we will do our best to assist if production has not yet started

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

Full payment is required at checkout
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice
Shipping is included in the product price (no additional shipping fees at checkout)

Personalisation: 1–2 business days
Printing & shipping: 5-7 business days (Australia)
Total estimated delivery: 6–9 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind
We only replace items that are damaged or faulty
