We may also receive childcare centre environment photos directly from centres. These images do not include children.

4. Children's Information & Your Consent

Our books are designed for children, which means we handle children's information with extra care.

As part of our personalisation form (completed after checkout), parents or legal guardians are required to provide explicit consent via a checkbox before uploading their child's name and photos.

By providing this consent, you confirm that:

You are the child's parent or legal guardian
You agree to the use of this information solely for creating your personalised book

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and protected.

Your child's photos and personalisation details are stored securely during production
Once your order has been delivered and no further changes are needed, this information is deleted within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 14 days)
Childcare centre environment photos (which do not include children) will be stored for ongoing use in future books, only for partnered childcare centres.

6. Who We Share Information With

We only share your information when necessary to run our business, including with:

Our trusted printing partner (to produce your personalised storybook)
Shopify (our website platform and secure payments)
Jotform (secure collection of personalisation details and photo uploads)
Payment providers (to process transactions securely)
Delivery services (to ship your order)

These partners only receive the information they need to perform their role and are responsible for protecting it.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

7. Overseas Data Handling
